  2. Please decide on your club affiliation. If you are not sure, select OOA and we'll try to direct you to an appropriate club later.
  3. Ensure the 'Membership Package' is completed (note the information links)
  4. If you are registering as a family, please register yourself first and include your membership number in the 'Parent' field of other family members. Please select the same family membership package for each family member.
  5. Fill in the form with your details (items marked in red are required)
  6. Submit the form for processing. Your registration will be confirmed immediately. Please follow the directions for payment and waiver processing.
